Look at the roof!
I was browsing around the internet and I came across this website for Jotaro Saito. He's a 27-year old artist, born in a family of artists and has been deemed as one of the youngest kimono designers. He also does interior designing and has various other products. So I was looking through his various collections from over the years and I really liked these:

If I remember correctly, I read somewhere that he's one of the few kimono designers who designs kimonos for everyday wear instead of only special occasions.
I know putting on a kimono is a rather long task that can't be done on your own but I'd love to try one on someday =]

ooo when I saw the pics of the kimono's, I instantly rememebered Sagwa, a cartoon I used to watch as a child. The cartoon was really about Sagwa, who was a Chinese cat, but the little ladies that would be in the background, would hve on their kimonos and little fans in their hands sometimes =)
It's so funny how you'd say that. Just the other night a bunch of people in my class think that I look like Sagwa. One went on to say that they'd be callin me that from now on. Haha we'll have to see next semester.
I loved sagwa's theme song. I'd sing it for ya if that were possible haha. what do men wear tho? i'm very interested in that!! ^_^ the wooden shoes which Heihachi Mishima from tekken wears?? well pretty much everything that he wears which looks asian? eermm :S
